I wanted to take a moment and talk to you about Anna Jenkins with the Keller Williams Dream Team. I have been working with her and her assistant Ali since last May (of 2009) and only have great things to say about the two of them. Anna is very knowledgeable in the short sale process and has been able to answer any of the questions that I have had throughout this whole process. Ali has emailed me or called me whenever anything has come up or to let me know the status of things and I have truly appreciated everything that they have done to help me out of this situation.

| This was my first time looking for & purchasing a home. I had some credit challenges but had the money to invest in a home. I was referred by a co-worker to Anna Jenkins. I had been looking at homes online at the time. I spoke with Anna's husband, Rick Jenkins, & told him what I was looking for in a home: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fireplace, & a garage.
He showed me a house that had all that PLUS a deck, an extra family room, a sunroom, & big bay window in the living room. Wow-what a find!

| My name is Ryan Finch and I had the pleasure of working with Anna Jenkins and her real estate team in the Spring of 2009. I had suffered for over a year in trying to sell my house in Virginia (I now reside in Utah). My original agent had little success with obtaining many offers on my home and once those offers were in-hand had zero success in negotiating with my mortgage lender. I felt that I was in a hopeless situation and had come to the conclusion that I would lose the home to foreclosure.
I was contacted by Anna in regards to trying to sell my home for me. I felt that I had nothing to lose. I must say it was the best decision I had made in returning her call. She immediately and aggressively began advertising the home. Offers were immediate. The real test came when negotiating with my 1st and 2nd mortgage lenders. Much to my surprise (shock!) Anna and her team successfully negotiated with the bank and a deal was made. I think the total time from being contacted by Anna and my HUD 1 form being signed was 6 weeks! She helped lift a giant burden from my life.

| My husband & I moved across the country. This was a hard enough feat without trying to buy our first home on top of the big move. Rick & Anna were awesome from their willingness to visit houses with my parents, who lived closer, to staying late to write a contract before the weekend.
